Can I Pickup & Drop off my item?
What is the turnaround time for my items?
Unfortunately No! Hustle Studios no longer have a drop off or pickup service without rush fee. All items are provided by artist for your convenience. All items are shipped via USPS and shipping time is depending on area. We recommend you order the items at least 30 days in advance.
Hustle Studios turnaround time is 8-16 days for labor. We recommend you order items for your special occasion 30 days in advance.
If I Received Item Damaged Can I Get A Refund?
Due to the custom nature of each order, all sales are final. Hustle Studios has no returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. If item is damaged in transit Hustle Studios has No responsibility or obligation to send refund. We ensure that every item before shipped is of the best quality and condition.
If I purchased item to be rushed when will I receive item?
All regular orders are first come first served. If you requested your order to be rushed the turnaround time is 5-10 days for labor. All rush orders if located in Birmingham AL will be hand delivered.
